Let’s build a more gender-balanced world together.

In celebration of #InternationalWomensDay, we are proud to announce our ongoing commitment to empowering women at all stages of their careers. That starts when we build a more equitable and gender-balanced environment for everyone in our company.

To create a more equitable future for women, we partnered with the @ParityPledge – a non-profit organization focused on bringing gender parity to the highest levels of business. As part of this, we signed the Parity Pledge to increase representation of women in leadership positions and pave the way for women in achieving leadership roles.

We are pleased to announce that as of 2020, we achieved our goal of gender parity with equal qualified representation in leadership at the Vice President level and above.
