Water is an incredibly important element to human existence. Of late, we’ve been focusing on its external, environmental importance, such as the necessity of protecting our seas, lakes and rivers. But less is said about how important water is to us internally, as individuals, and how it affects us psychologically, emotionally and physically.

Blue Mind explores the science of water, and explains how incorporating more time close to it can better our lives. It’s unfortunate that this year’s World Water Day comes at time when many of us cannot actually leave our homes to experience the water.

But with this book’s help, we can gain a better understanding of it, and plan to spend more time near, in, on, or under water once circumstances return to normal. We recommend reading Blue Mind to help pass the time before we can venture out again.

  1. Wallace J. Nichols is amazing! He is so on point, and brought me to this awareness years ago. Thank you for putting this up. Great book. Great mind. #bluemind
